The chemistry and playfulness between the lead singers make this band the best show in town. When the two leaders of this band met, they had no idea that their partnership would soon include leading a band together. The female lead singer was a busy actor who performed Shakespeare, Neil Simon, various musicals and played a character on the television series Beverly Hills 90210. The male lead singer was a working saxophonist who played live with The Shirells, The Ink Spots, Dave Wakeling and recorded the Epic Records debut release of the swing/ska group Save Ferris.
Although, once they met everything changed. They both fell in love with the idea of leading a band that celebrated classic American music. A mixture of jazz, blues, oldies, swing and latin music that they refer to affectionately as Martini Music. Since 1987, from the House of Blues stage in Hollywood to the showrooms in casinos in Las Vegas, Laughlin and Arizona, the band have been taking their audiences on a trip across the landscape of American music and comedy for a show that provides a lot of laughs, memorable tunes and a genuine feeling of joy! The band has been featured on The Discovery Channel, The Food Networks Bobby Flays Food Nation, as well as morning television news shows in Las Vegas and Arizona. Their story has also been told in periodicals across the nation. Their debut CD is enjoying regular rotation radio stations nationally.
The band is pleased to offer timeless music that is designed to please and entertain music lovers of every generation! Jazz, Blues, Oldies, Swing, Standards, Latin and Pop music are all represented in this fun loving and diverse musical review. Here is a small list of the titles and artists that we cover.
